Scientists and Engineers are Increasing Required to Work Multifunctional TeamsMost engineers and scientists now work in teams. It is no longer possible to be a solitary figure. The problems and solutions are usually very complex with the correct answer to problems facing corporations being a combination of technical, financial, production, commercial, etc. Good team players are those who can develop positive working relationships with the other members. This is done by showing respect, helpfulness, cooperation and sometimes selflessness. Communication, especially listening is critical to make sure everyone on a team is on the same page.
